This ongoing partnership is designed to be adaptive and collaborative, with the support of a dedicated team that truly gets your brand. With predictable monthly pricing and the ability to adjust project needs as you go, the Subscription Model simplifies your workflow and evolves with you. 

As an independent agency, we focus on client-tailored solutions. Compared to a traditional mass market approach, our work ethic is passionate and committed to versatility in workflow depending on your goals. Unlike an in-house agency, we offer an outside perspective that can bring fresh ideas, concepts, and personality to your brand.

 

Choose the Tier That Fits You:

Our subscription model features three tiered packages to meet your brand’s unique workload:

Starter (30 hours/month): Ideal for focused, light support and perfect for tackling one key priority at a time.

Growth (50 hours/month): A fit for brands juggling a few active projects and in need of regular creative or strategic guidance.

Scale (75 hours/month): Best for managing multiple priorities across teams. This tier supports cross-functional collaboration and full attention across key initiatives.

 

How It Works:

Each month kicks off with a planning session to align on your objectives. Together, we’ll develop a transparent project outline detailing what will be accomplished within your scope including detailing tasks and anticipated outcomes.

Need more time than your package includes? No problem, we’ll provide a clear estimate before any additional work begins, so there are never surprises.

We believe in clarity and communication. That’s why each month, you’ll receive:

  • An hourly utilization report with your invoice
  • A summary of what was completed
  • A look ahead at what’s next

Unused hours? They’ll roll over to the next month, just be sure to use them before your contract ends.

 

A Step-by-Step look inside our process:

Subscribing to our model means more than just signing up for advertising services, it’s about stepping into an efficient and collaborative partnership. Here’s how we keep things running smoothly every month:

1. Intake & contracting

We start with a quick but thorough onboarding. You’ll fill out a custom intake form on Monday.com, sharing key business details, service preferences, goals, and uploading brand assets. From there, we confirm your subscription tier and monthly fee, and once the agreement is signed, it’s uploaded to your Monday.com board. Internally, we assign your T3E team lead and project owner to set things in motion.

2. Workspace setup

We build your personalized Monday.com workspace which will be your hub for collaboration and communication. Tabs are organized for Strategy, Tasks, Hours Tracking, Shared Assets, and Monthly Reports. Brand materials are uploaded, and we request access to your key platforms (socials, web, ad accounts) to get ready for work.

3. Monthly strategy kickoff

Each month begins with a strategy check-in. Using our Project Brief Template, we align on monthly priorities, deliverables, estimated hours, and deadlines. Once everything is approved, your team gets to work.

4. Execution & Collaboration

We operate entirely within Monday.com where we can update tasks, upload files, and keep notes all in one place. Automations help keep timelines tight with reminders and alerts and you can monitor progress in real time through a client-facing view.

5. Reporting & Optimization

At the end of the month, we generate a report showing how hours were used. Any unused time rolls over (within contract limits), and we auto-track it for full transparency. We also prep your next month’s intake form so we’re always ready to pivot with you.
